Manta Ray UUV Drone Submarine Prototype Completes In-Water Testing (www.darpa.mil)

The ‘manta ray’ submarine designed by DARPA is designed to operate over long distances of water and deliver pay loads to targets. It is an uncrewed underwater vehicle or “UUV”, completely unmanned, and uses ? for propulsion.
